the hotel is conveniently located a short walk from the train station the city center felt very accessible from there the reception staff were particularly cute they helped make check-in easy and pleasant
the hairdryer was older its plastic casing had a small crack it still worked perfectly

Excellent Breakfast and Central Location!

The location was amazing! It was a short walk from the central station. I appreciated the breakfast service. It featured a fantastic selection of hot items, fruits, deli meats, and yogurts. The staff helped with bus and train schedules to the airport, parks, and museums
The lone working elevator resulted in long waits at peak times. This was a minor inconvenience, but it did affect the overall experience. Hopefully, the repairs are completed soon. That way, things will get back to normal.

The room was clean upon arrival. Bins and towels were replaced on the fourth day. The room faced Citybox and included large bay windows. It was very spacious for suitcases and luggage.

The breakfast included many choices. The offering was really good. I had a view of the Opera House from the dining room. The breakfast variety included hot items.

The lobby was relaxing. There is a very large seating area on the first floor. This is perfect for working. The hotel has a luggage storage area.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. They provided helpful details for transport to several destinations. I am thankful to the kind staff, and the service was prompt too.

The hotel is situated near the train station and the Opera House, it is a short walk to many restaurants. It is a great location to get everywhere. The area is very accessible.

the breakfast provided many options. i saw labeling for every item, (. the hotel also let me store my luggage, a convenient service.
the room lacked shelving for clothes. i had to live out of my suitcase.
